A new mode in community relations between authorities and others.

CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES

A fluid channel of relations between all citizens and the local authorities, because we still have a dictatorial system,(remembering the last military government, from1973 until 1990).

HOW THE OBJECTIVES WERE ACHIEVED

The objectives will be achieved in a complete people's participation in their government in our city, region and country, if possible.

CAMPAIGN INNOVATIONS

- Create a Civil Council (we named it "COSOC") with some important leaders.
-A complete citizens' civic education.

CAMPAIGN IMPACT

-Best performance in local and regional social parameters.

CHALLENGES FACED

-A new way in designation and nomination of local leaders from civil society
-A best "modus vivendi" for local people.

LESSONS LEARNT

Today, all older leaders are thinking in a democratic and "fair trading" government, but if we have a ignorant youth (in civic topics) - the product of recent military system heritage, it will be impossible to make a substantial change.
