Volunteer as a tool for National Development and World Peace
Since 1977, I have been involved in promoting youth volunteering through several deeds/activities and campaigns.
I attended several work camps in Ghana, Netherlands, Germany and Togo.
I started managing volunteers and youth programs from 1984 at local National and International Levels. In 1989, I took part in a campaign that advocated for the abolishing of apartheid of SWAPO, in now Namibia.
I was active in forming the Federation of Youth Associations in Ghana and became its first President from 2000 to 2007. The organization strongly advocated for youth in governance and national development.
For now I am the President of the Coalition of the Volunteering Organizations Ghana. We are advocating for the Application, Recognition and Promotion of Volunteering in Ghana.
In 2011, I represented Ghana at the IYV +10 Evaluation Conference in Dakar where I was chosen by UNV.
i am currently the Executive Director of Peace Humanity International and have supported the Jukwa to put up a library.
