HAHA (Health And Hygiene Awareness) Campaign
Pakistan’s more the 60% of rural area and unaware of benefit of hygiene; resulting getting caught with Health issues. Rising Youth Forum set up HAHA campaign to make the society aware and overcome their Health and Hygiene issues.
IMPACT – Pakistan was generous to sponsor tooth brushes, tooth paste, soap, hand towels, nail cutters, water purifying tablets, caps, and bags to support our HAHA campaign in Eido Goth vicinity.
The Objectives were
• To make people aware of personal hygiene
• To encounter the contaminated water
• To encourage people towards clean society
• To aware demerits of self-medication.
HOW THE OBJECTIVES WERE ACHIEVED
Rising Youth Forum was able to achieve these objective with support of IMPACT-Pakistan team, their medical volunteer team and also distribution of Health & Hygiene souvenirs.
To carry out Health & Hygiene Awareness; free medical and eye camp was set up with help of IMPACT’s volunteer Doctors and Para medical team.
The native of Eido Goth approx. 250 families and beneficiaries 1300 individuals were benefited through these activities and awareness was spread through them; in neighborhood vicinity also.
With the help of IMPACT Pakistan we manage to cater to these small rural areas but to target bigger no. we need more resources.
The management of IMPACT Pakistan has committed to support both morally and financially to carry out more HAHA campaign.
CHALLENGES FACED BY THE DONOR
IMPACT Pakistan not only funded us by their management team but they also went along to serve this oppressed community. Suniya Tanzeela James (Chairperson) and Zeeshan James (Executive Director) were along with us despite their medical issues and small children in their lap and visited this remote area; Rising Youth Forum was so inspired by their devotion to be part of this noble cause.
This campaign help us learn numerous things; first if you are out with a noble cause, you will find like-minded people aside from you; second, nothing is impossible.

WHY IS THIS BRAVE PHILANTHROPY
We consider it brave because no other young couple put their and their children's lives at risk visiting remote, unhealthy and unhygienic area; Suniya James & Zeeshan James has proved their bravery and their vision to serve community along with their young kids and dealing patients with skin and eye infections.
Suniya and her husband gave around US$1 000 to the project.
